My name is Stacy and I am a mom of two with a passion for helping expecting parents navigate the joys and struggles of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.
At Hold My Heart, we believe that every person has the right to go into their birth and postpartum period feeling well-educated, well-prepared, and confident. We also believe that doula care should be a standard, not a luxury - for that reason, we are committed to keeping our prices as affordable as possible, which includes a sliding scale. We also want to provide as much support and value we can for our clients, which is why we include birth photography, a birth class, and much more with each of our packages.
We want to do our part in making sure that all expecting and new parents feel secure and supported as they embark on the journey of welcoming a new baby into their family.
